- 产品简介: HL7090 is a compact, flexible, efficient, USB-compliant switch-mode charging management chip, suitable for charging single-cell lithium-ion and lithium polymer batteries, used in scenarios such as headphones and e-cigarettes. Its charging parameters can be programmed via the I²C interface (HL7090FN03). This product integrates synchronous PWM controller, power MOSFET, input current detection, high-precision current and voltage regulation, and charging cutoff functions into a micro TSLP package. HL7090 provides fully automatic three-stage battery charging control, including trickle charging, constant current (CC) charging, and constant voltage (CV) charging, until the battery reaches the charging cutoff voltage. The input current is automatically limited to the value set by the host. Charging is terminated based on the battery voltage and the user-selected minimum current. A safety timer with reset control provides a safety backup for the I²C interface. During normal operation, if the battery voltage falls below the internal threshold, HL7090 will automatically restart the charging cycle and enter sleep mode or high-impedance mode if the input power is not properly connected. The system charging status can be reported to the host via the I²C interface. During the charging process, the chip monitors its junction temperature (TJ) and reduces the charging current when the junction temperature (TJ) rises to around 120°C. To power the system load, HL7090 can boost the battery voltage to the programmed voltage of PMID.
