The HL5098 is an over-voltage protecting solution aiming at data channels from the USB port. It contains two switches with high bandwidth suitable for USB 2.0 D+/D- signal transmitting. With the extremely fast over-voltage protection, HL5098 can block dangerous voltage from the USB connector within ~100ns merely. HL5098 is available in a 6-pin DFN package.
