The HL5092 is an over-voltage protecting solution aiming at data channels from the USB port. It contains two SPDT switches with high bandwidth suitable for USB 2.0 D+/D- signal transmitting. With the fast over-voltage protection and clamping, HL5092 can block dangerous voltage from the USB connector within very short period and contain the residue voltage from system side pins down below 9V. HL5092 is available in a 10-pin QFN1814-10L package.
